Very good clean accommodation, well situated for buses to Bath/Bristol etc. Friendly owner who was most welcoming. Everything that was needed was supplied, we were very pleased.

This property affords a wonderful getaway for a couple. Although small the property has everything you need in a compact space and is very private and tranquil. The access to the beautiful city of Bath is great. We left the car and took the bus in most days. We had a wonderful week and would highly recommend this property.

The Garden Rooms was so pleasant and relaxing. We've stayed in many places in and around Bath over the years and this was just about the best of all.

Bath Garden Rooms is small but perfectly formed and ideal for visiting Bath and the surrounding areas of Somerset. The owners were such lovely people, very welcoming. I would like to return sometime and would thoroughly recommend to friends and family.

Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We liked the peace and quiet and it was an ideal location to visit everything we wanted to see. We used the local bus service to visit Bath and the car on longer journeys. We plan to stay there again, and we would certainly recommend it to anyone.

The owners were very helpful, informative and welcoming. The garden was private and we were not disturbed, even by the owners! In fact we were not disturbed by any noise at all, a pleasant experience. Public transport was very good and within a few minutes walk. The property is well located for visiting Bath by bus and for getting out to other attractions in Somerset in the car without getting clogged up in urban grid lock.

It was a lovely property in very pleasant surroundings. It was convenient for local transport. The owners were were very hospitable and welcoming but did not encroach unnecessarily on us. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

The cottage was ideally placed for touring the area. The hosts were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was ideal and everything we needed was to hand. Very clean and fresh looking with plenty of information available regarding the area and restaurants. In close proximity to public transport if one did not want to use car. A very enjoyable break.

Although in a suburb of Bath the property is in a quiet area. The decking outside caught the sun and the patio doors allow easy access with drinks and food. Often the most noise we heard was a blackbird singing. Nevertheless, buses into the city were frequent and just a few minutes walk away. Our hosts were very pleasant and helpful. There is also plenty to see in that area of Somerset.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this cottage. The owners are more than kind and have prepared everything to make your stay as good as it can be. Warm hospitality and a very kind welcome describe this cottage best. It is however not convenient for more than 2 persons, but there were only two of us.

The Garden room is at the rear of the owners house and approached via a steep unadopted road. The road surface varies between tarmac, concrete and gravel. It would be more correct to say a steep unadopted lane as it also narrow in part. Fortunately we only saw one car on the move as we entered the mews as passing would have been impossible in places. Once you have arrived, the parking area is clearly marked and there is a path and stepping stones down to the garden room which has a useful boarded area outside the main door and lounge patio doors. The owners house is found down a path through a small orchard, form which we were told we could help ourselves to lovely cooking and eating apples. The accommodation is on the small side but well laid out with the shower room near the main entrance and between bedroom and lounge. We had a minor problem which the owner was quick to attend to. Our only criticism, apart from the steep access road, is that the lounge chairs were small and uncomfortable to sit in for any time. Finally for this review, the location is near a frequent bus service into Bath and the owners had done well providing details in the buses and where to get on and off.
