We loved the spaciousness of the house. It had very comfortable bedrooms, clean shower/bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and lovely sunny dining room. It is close to the beach and shops.

The location was close to the beach and town. It was a large and warm property on 4 floors allowing children to have their own space. It was very family friendly, there were lots of games for all ages and a large book collection.

The house is in an ideal location for both beach and town, with many interesting places to visit locally. A lovely house with lots of character.

Excellent, affordable accommodation for our large family group for our pre-Christmas get-together. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need and the starter provisions provided were much appreciated - as were the fact that heating and hot water is included. Most bedrooms were en suite and some areas of the house were newly decorated. We have booked for next year already!

We were a group of Ladies who Quilt, we had a wonderful week, the weather was glorious and we each had a bedroom with a shower or bath, the dining room was just the right size and fitted us round with sewing machines too, thanks and we are thinking of coming back next year,

The accommodation is perfect for a large group. The kitchen is well stocked for large parties and the dining room has plenty of space. The two lounges give ample space for communal living, particularly the main lounge upstairs, but the bedrooms, mostly en-suite, give privacy for those that want to escape the hubbub of loads of people talking at the same time.

So many bedrooms with en suites! A great stove, sufficient hot water and close to centre of town, beach, supermarket and train station.

Lovely area and the owner was very accommodating. Had a pretty awesome time, would definitely stay there again!

The accommodation was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for a very large group. We had two elderly members of the group and the ground floor layout with a bedroom, bathroom, dining room and a second sitting room was ideal. It was a 5 minute walk from both the town centre and the beach and pier area.

This is an ideally situated house close to beach, town and with a local supermarket nearby. Lots of bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms so great for our large family get together. For us this was an affordable house and ideal for our large group.

The land lady was very friendly and helpful and resolved a few minor problems very quickly and efficiently. The house was old but with character and I believe renovated recently. A great place for a family/friends get together.

We had a great stay. House was perfect for our family get together. Bedrooms clean, bathrooms clean. Furnishings and soft furnishings are homely and clean if a little dated. Large communal rooms and dining room. Very well equipped kitchen and utility room. Great location, close to beach, shops, restaurants and bus and train station. Also, a large Morrisons is about a two minute walk away. No problem with parking. We parked at the back or on the street. Never had to use the car park though it would have been easy to do.
October 2014
We had a wonderful week, the house is amazing, bedrooms were good with en suites, lovely big dining room. Very close to the shops and the beach,
March 2016
We were an extended family group of 12 adults and 5 children enjoying a birthday celebration weekend. The house is very clean, bedrooms are good and shower/bath facilities are excellent. It has a lovely spacious dining room and the kitchen, though not large, is up to date and well-equipped. Parking is slightly tricky, it has 2 spaces at the back, street parking is sometimes full, but there is a reasonably priced public car park at the back. Would like to have been there longer.

There was plenty of room for all of us with enough en suites. The location was absolutely perfect for us and all of the family were very impressed. Just right for our family of 14 members to come and go. We had a wonderful time thank you and will certainly like to come again.
