LOCATION The house is set in a quiet residential area yet only 5-10 minutes downhill walk to the historic and picturesque town of Dartmouth.
HALLWAY/ENTRANCE Access is via a large glass porch into a spacious hallway with doors leading to main living area and a staircase to the upper floor.
VIEWS There are excellent views towards the Britannia Royal Naval College from most rooms and stunning views of the river and out to sea from the main first floor bedroom.
LIVING ROOM with views of the garden and the Naval College this light room is comfortably furnished with sofa and easy chairs, 28" widescreen TV with SKY, DVD, video and CD player.
DINING ROOM Also with views to the garden and Naval College, the separate dining room has a wooden table and chairs.
KITCHEN A large and well equipped kitchen with table and chairs, hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
UTILITY ROOM Containing an additional fridge.
BEDROOMS Three: the first bedroom contains a King size bed (which can be split into two singles), wardrobe, chests of drawers, bedside tables and lamps. This spacious bedroom has stunning views of the river and out to sea and has a patio door onto a small balcony. Within the room there is a wash basin and shower cubicle with a Mira thermostatic shower. Bedroom Two has a double bed with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside lamps and views . Bedroom Three contains two sets of bunk beds making it ideal for children, there is a built-in wardrobe, bedside table and lamp and views to the Naval College, Bed linen and towels are supplied (excluding beach towels)
BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES A highchair, 2 travel cots and stairgate are available
BATHROOM Comprises a bath with shower attachment, washbasin and w.c. There is an additional w.c. with wash basin on the ground floor.
OUTSIDE French doors from the living room lead to a balcony and steps down into the well-established garden which contains many pretty shrubs and flowers. Store with garden furniture.
PARKING The garage and  driveway at the front of Blackgate provide parking for approximately 4 cars or boats, there is also unrestricted parking on the roadway. (Dimensions can be provided on request).
OTHER INFORMATION Blackgate has gas fired central heating and hot water. Pets are not accepted and the property is strictly no smoking.
