A day on the broads is highly recommended. The area in every direction is superb, the people are some of the friendliest I've ever met, and having the pleasure of going back to the most comfortable accommodation is the perfect end to a fun filled day.

Great help from the 'caretakers'. There is lots of room in this bungalow and in the garden. Lots of places around to eat and shop and lots of info in the bungalow of places of interest and great walks. Will go again next year for the third time.

This cottage was a superb base for our family holiday in Norfolk. Easy access to all areas, including Wroxham, Norwich, Great Yarmouth and surrounding district. We could not fault anything about the cottage, rooms were of a good size and clean throughout. Gardens well kept and it had all our homely requirements, including crockery and cutlery in abundance. Our Grandson, at 11 months, just loved crawling from room to room, down the corridors, always squealing with delight at all the space he had to roam.
Mrs Schofield
February 2014
Everything we could need on holiday and much more was offered at this cottage. Excellent, without a doubt every member of the family had been thought about and everything was in great order.

We could not fault this bungalow, it has everything you want, including added extras like a slow cooker! The Beds are huge and comfortable. We loved our stay. The Garden is big and totally enclosed. The bungalow was clean, and the site manager very friendly and helpful. Ludham is a lovely village, and within easy distance of Wroxham (where we would thoroughly recommend a meal at The Bridge restaurant).
Mrs Campbell

We had a most enjoyable holiday and could not fault anything at this lovely cottage. It was very clean and comfortable, and the housekeeper most helpful. The area was just right for us, attractive villages, nearby seasides including Cromer and Sheringham, and many good eating places.
Mr Blundred

August 2013
The cottage was much larger than we expected and was exceptionally well equipped. We have been taking cottage holidays for over sixteen years and this is the best equipped cottage we have stayed in with many extras.
Mrs Jolliffe

April 2013
The property was excellent, very comfortable and a home from home. The heating was set to keep it warm and being a week in April, this was most acceptable. Everything you could want was there and more. The garden was safe for dogs and children. A very good place for exploring the Broads.
Mr Dawe
February 2013
We liked the bungalow, the location, the village. It was nicely laid out with bedrooms either end. Nice to park off road.

Great location for getting around Norfolk. Cosy and comfortable bungalow yet large enough to accommodate our families for Christmas dinner and two boxer dogs! Everything we needed was there to use. Communication from the owner was great too. We felt very welcome. Would love to go back in the summer.
Mr Staton
October 2012
This is the best holiday home I have ever visited, the place was immaculate, everything was there that we needed and more, the lady who looks after the house had even borrowed a set of wheelchair ramps to make it easier for my wife who suffered a stroke last year and is now disabled. We had a fantastic time.
Mr Jones

August 2012
Brilliant area with so much to see and do. The bungalow proved a home from home, which with a disabled member of the party helped a great deal.
May 2016
We booked this bungalow because it was dog friendly and we knew the area after staying on the broads for many years. The location is excellent, being very close to all local amenities and within walking distance of the staithe and How Hill. The information we received before our stay was very clear, with good directions and contact details and we found the bungalow very easily. The photos are an accurate representation of what you will find here - a good sized accomodation, and well maintained garden. The cottage is superbly equipped - in fact it is the best equipped place we have ever been to, not just with regard to dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc but with the little things that a house needs - plenty of crockery, cutlery cooking utensils and pots and pans. Everything has been thought of here. Comfort wise this cannot be faulted - the beds are of an extremely high quality and we slept soundly in them, the lounge is comfortable and great to relax in - which we did plenty of! The inclusion of wi-fi in the bungalow is also an added bonus as many places still do not provide this. The garden is lovely, well maintained and enclosed and was enjoyed immensely by ourselves in the lovely weather dining outside and at all times by our staffy Shade who had plenty of room to run around and play. The planting of the trees and bushes also afforded him lots of shaded areas to keep him cooler around the edges of the garden. I stayed here with my mother and dog, when this was booked my father was due to come with us but tragically he died just 3 days after booking this. He had been looking forward to staying here and we know he would have loved it here as much as we did.
April 2015
Blutiluca is a spacious single story bungalow in the lovely village of Ludham. The beds are large and comfortable and the property offers all anyone could wish for. Very well equipped with good quality items. It offers an excellent base for 6 people in the middle of the Broads. There is a good sized enclosed garden secure for children and dogs. Ludham is a friendly village with a good pub/restaurant serving an excellent carvery twice a week, a butchers, cafe and well stocked shop/Post Office. We really enjoyed our holiday and were very pleased with Blutiluca as a base. Only downsides were no Wifi and weak shower.
