Boolavogue House is in a quiet location, ideally situated for visiting Dublin, Kilkenny, Waterford and Wexford. The owner was very welcoming and friendly, going to great lengths to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Boolavogue House was very clean and spacious, with five good-sized bedrooms and a large modern kitchen and lounge.

We were warmly welcomed by the owner on arrival and presented with a coffee cake, a loaf of soda bread and enough tea and coffee to get us started. Throughout the stay she was very helpful and looked after all of our needs. If we are to travel to Wexford in the future then this would be the accommodation of our choice.

Have to say, have had the best weekend, the house was fantastic and set in a beautiful part of Wexford. The children, in particular, loved the farm, watching the cows being milked and roaming around in a safe area; the beach was only a few minutes away in the car. We will definetely be going back in the future.

I loved my time in Ireland. One of the reasons it was so wonderful was because of the owner of Boolavogue House. She is the most gracious hostess I have ever met. She continually went above and beyond all our expectations as a hostess. Her lively spirit and beautiful smile made every day special. She made sure we had everything we needed from food to rides to information. The property itself was lovely, clean and comfortable. I usually have trouble sleeping in strange beds, but the beds and the atmosphere at Boolavogue House were so relaxing and refreshing I slept extremely well. She arranged a viewing of the milking of the cows on the farm, and we got to watch newborn calves being fed. This was fun as well as educational for the boys. The area is centrally located so we were able to travel easily to both Dublin and Cork to do the things we wanted to do. If I ever have the good fortune to visit Ireland again, I will certainly stay at Boolavogue House again.

Our group (20 in total) consisting of youth cyclists and parents which were attending the Youth National Championships in Enniscorthy in august of this year. We arrived to a the warmest of welcomes from Dorothy (our landlady), homemade brown bread and scones. Dorothy showed us around her amazing house with 9 spacious bedrooms, all en-suite!!! and was on-hand for advise and any assistance if and when we needed. Set in a lovely location with beautiful gardens we had a fantastic weekend. I would highly recommend Boolavogue House to groups and families for week long or weekend lets.

This was an amazing holiday cottage on a working farm. The surroundings were beautiful. The owner is lovely and we plan to stay there again in the future.
