Beautiful setting, excellent for the dogs, children and us, it was so private. The barn was unassuming as you drive up and first see it under the massive oak tree but as you enter the property you catch your breath, it is impressive. Well laid out and all comforts thought out. High technology and beautiful specifications in all areas, bathroom, kitchen and living rooms. The hot tub was amazing and even though the weather was cold - it was hot! Table tennis an extra bonus and due to poor weather it was great fun! Drive was a good distance from the road and gated too for added security. Probably the best cottage we have booked so far! Looking forward to next visit already, many thanks.

Well I am writing this review on the first day of our stay because the wow factor of this beautiful property has already captured us all! We drove down the lane to see the barn nestled in its own gated driveway under the massive oak and set in lovely grounds. It just keeps getting better, the space and specifications of this property leave you wishing it was yours to keep. The old features are cleverly fitted into the remarkable new technology - we love it! It is clean and well equipped throughout and we were allowed to bring our dogs too - who seem as taken with their new surroundings as we do. We have played table tennis and relaxed in the impressive hot tub on an equally impressive patio - yes it is going to be hard to leave here! Big thanks to the owners, this looks like a holiday to remember already.

The Barn is very stylish and comfortable, has dog friendly flooring in the day room and is very thoughtfully laid out. The garden is very well maintained. Being set well back from the road and surrounded by fields, the accommodation is very private yet it is only a few miles away from some beautiful towns, and lovely dog walks.

A super stylish and comfortable property with really nice beds. The hot tub was a real bonus too. Will be recommending to everyone I know as it was in a perfect, quiet location.

Brickyard Barn is a beautiful cottage. We loved how spacious it was inside and out. It's close to transport links and yet also has a lovely countryside feel and is very peaceful. We hope to come back again!

Brickyard Barn is a beautiful property, decorated and furnished to a high standard. In a peaceful setting on the outskirts of the village surrounded by fields, it really is a 'get away from it all' setting. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the hot tub and outdoor furniture were great. Would not hesitate to recommend.

This is a gorgeous property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the kids enjoyed the jacuzzi and were in there rain or shine. There were plenty of towels and basics. It was located only 10 minutes from Warwick Castle and 20 minutes from Stratford. We will be back. Thank you to the owners for a lovely welcome.

Very comfortable accommodation, with plenty of room for six adults. Plenty of parking space. High spec furniture and fittings. Imaculate beds, bedding and pillows. Hot tub, games room and large outside sitting area, with smart rattan sets of furniture. Bathrooms very well fitted, well equipped utility room, with hanging space for wet coats etc. Limited amount of crockery/glasses to cater for six. Temperamental induction hob, capacious Smeg fridge. Owner not easy to contact, but enthusiastic when spoken to.

October 2016
We stayed here for a week at October half term and thought it was very good. The space is well balanced, with a games room with table tennis, a large living room if you want to read or watch telly or play family games, a separate large open plan living area with good seating and dining table, and a good sized kitchen off the open plan living area. The beds are very comfy which is unusual in our experience in a holiday cottage and the three toilets are important - somehow when we're on holiday everyone wants to use the loo at the same time, and cottages with three bedrooms but one loo are a nightmare. There is a large field which is part of the cottage grounds and was great for our dog too. We used the hot tub once but October isn't really hot tub weather tbh! Rattan furniture outside looked good but we didn't have occasion to use it. We found the owner, Peter, very easy to get hold of and very helpful and responsive the couple of times we wanted something. I'd agree with the other reviewer that perhaps a bit more crockery in the kitchen wouldn't go amiss, but it was perfectly fine for us and we ate out a lot anyway, which was our plan. Hob seemed fine (except when we mistakenly switched it off at the spur, which was our mistake!). Very convenient for Kenilworth, Warwick, Leamington etc. Would certainly rebook and would recommend.
