The property was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The owners were very helpful and friendly, as were the local people we met. The surrounding countryside was very attractive and good for walking. We had a lovely Christmas, thank you, despite the weather!

Possibly the best holiday let we have stayed in, very clean and comfortable. There is masses of internal space, including 4 bathrooms. If you want peace and quiet this is excellent, far enough away from places, but also close enough to them if you want to explore.

The owners were a wonderful couple who were extremely helpful. The location and the standard of the cottage were excellent. It was without doubt the best holiday home we have stayed in. The cottage was spotless and the kitchen was equipped to a very high standard. We particularly enjoyed playing table tennis on the full size table in the double garage. The garden and grounds were beautiful and extensive. We would not hesitate to recommend this fabulous property, the consideration that the owners have put into this holiday home is second to none.

The house is in a beautiful location. The owner gave us an excellent welcome. Altogether the house was well appointed, spacious and with several bathrooms, ideal for a larger group of people. We loved the outside space and also the view to the setting sun was a bonus.

The whole family loved the house and its location to all the attractions of North Wales. The house was just wonderful and even for a family of five, it did not feel small. Every room was very well equipped and a great feature is the TV room for the kids or adults. Looking out of every window gave you a fantastic view of the Welsh countryside and the owner's farm and the garden was a delight to spend time in. The owners are very friendly and made us feel at home right away. No review can do justice to the house; seeing and staying in it really is believing how good it is. We all did not want to leave and we are already thinking about booking it next year, it really is a credit to the owners, you will not regret booking it!

Lovely well equipt, clean house. Loved the little TV room ,our youngest son who is autistic, could take a little time to himself in seclusion when he needed it but was also still close to us. The table tennis table was very well used by us, a great way to spend an evening rather than sitting in front of the telly. The best thing for me was to be able to open the doors and windows and only hear the occasional moo from the nearby fields, no traffic noise at all and the views around the property are amazing. Would love to stay there again when revisiting North Wales. Great location if you on a walking holiday.

This is an extremely pleasant house in which to stay. All the rooms are a good size, the main lounge is comfortably furnished with a welcoming log burner. The dining room will accommodate 7 easily plus the large kitchen also has a table that will seat the same number. The kitchen is large with all the necessary items. There's access into the property via a handy drying room so useful when returning after a days walking. Off the drying room is a downstairs toilet with wash basin & shower. All the bedrooms are a good size, the beds are comfortable and there's plenty of addition duvets etc if required, There's sufficient parking for 3 cars off road. The garden is attractively laid out and surrounded by hedges on 3 sides. Guests have access to the large garage which contains a table tennis table for those wet days and a barbecue for the sunny ones. Dendigh is about 10 minutes drive away with a choice of 2 supermarkets plus other shops and petrol stations. The North wales coast is about 20-30 minutes drive away, 45-60 minutes to get to the Snowdonia mountains. The location is quiet with only a few cars a day passing by. I certainly enjoyed my stay and will look to visit again in the future.
