The cottage was the best we have stayed in. The garden was secure for our 2 dogs and the location was good, an ideal base for touring Anglesey.

The cottage is so homely with all the facilities that you have at home, and in a good position for all the sandy coves to go exploring, and there is Cemaes Bay with a beautiful little harbour and two beaches. Both beaches are perfect for all manner of beach activities.

We had a very friendly greeting by the owner. The property itself offered everything you needed and more for a great self-catering holiday. The garden was great as it was all enclosed with fabulous views. We will definitely be booking again for next year.

Amazing property. A real home from home, everything you need. Decorated in a lovely way, you can see real effort has gone in; bed was really comfy, the dog loved the garden. Views were beautiful and despite being on main coastal road, it felt peaceful. Would fully recommend and definitely return.

This property, with its open views was very homely and ticked all of the boxes for our family gathering of 6 adults, 2 babies and a dog. Lovely spacious bedrooms, so plenty of room for travel cots, a good sized kitchen diner for family banquets and nice cosy lounge to retire to in the evening with a glass of wine - just perfect. Would like to return

We love Bryn Awel, this was our second visit. The property is furnished and decorated to an excellent standard with every item you could possibly need for a weeks stay. We loved this property. We enjoyed the get away from it all feeling and the spaciousness this property and grounds offered. Great views to both front and rear. The owners left a wonderful welcome hamper for our arrival, the best yet and we have stayed in more than 40 different holiday cottages up and down the country. The garden was very secure for our dog which was an important factor when booking the property. Lots of walks beaches within a short drive to be enjoyed. We would love to return to the bungalow.

Definitely recommend staying at Bryn Awel. We stayed for a week with our dogs and had an amazing time. The views from the garden are lovely and the cottage had everything you'd need for a relaxing holiday. It was close to 2 great beaches which are dog friendly and there were lovely cafes and tea rooms for a day out. I can't wait to book here again!

We loved the area, the coastal path and beach walks. The bungalow was warm and comfortable with little unexpected extras e.g hand cream and tissues for our use. It was decorated with a lovely seaside theme. The owner was pleasant and on hand for any problems and nothing was too much trouble for him.

March 2015
We really enjoyed our stay, it was our second stay at this cottage and we hope to come again next year. We love the decoration of the cottage and always feel right at home there. It's also great for our two dogs who enjoy long walks on the beach then relaxing at night.
September 2015
This property has a lovely kitchen diner where we spent evenings talking around the table. Well equipped kitchen and the most comfortable bed ever. Lovely welcome gifts although no milk in the fridge for our arrival which would have been nice. We travelled around the island and saw the most amazing scenery. The scrap yard next door was not a problem, only had noise on one day. We visited the jam factory, windmill and many little bays along the coast. There was hardly any traffic which was a real treat after being used to city traffic. Only thing missing was wifi. Would recommend a stay here if you like to get away from it all.

Lovely spacious bungalow with colourful decorations that make it nice and welcoming. In a good location to travel around the island. Good to have a fenced in garden so the dogs have freedom to go in and out. The most comfortable beds we've had on holiday! Had a great week and the weather was better than we were expecting for October. Hope to visit again soon.

February 2014
Stayed here for 3 nights in Feb, a delightful bungalow/cottage with everything you could possibly need - cooking facilities, lovely and warm, washing machine if you need that kind of thing! There were only the two of us (with dog) but there was plenty of room for more. The kitchen is amazing. Huge.Tastefully decorated with real character and really clean. Bed comfortable, views lovely. Yes, it's on a main road, but the noise never bothered us at all, and the master bedroom was at the back of the property. Owners really helpful, provided directions and a number to call in case I got lost (which I always do) or if we needed anything. Oh, and a welcome pack too which was fantastic. I will definitely return and would happily recommend this to anyone. Not far from Church Bay, easily accessible from the A55 North Wales Expressway.

Everything you could need in the home, the grounds very secure and no worries about the dogs escaping! Being on anglesey, everything within easy reach (by car)
