Bullroom was a very clean and comfortable cottage in a very nice location wonderful views over the country side but only a short distance from main A55 so easy access to other attractions and the coast. The owners was very friendly and always had time to speak and give ideas of places to visit, we have stayed in many holiday cottages and this one was the best by a long way very well maintained, clean and good quality fixtures and fittings. Thank you Dorothy and Tom for a very plesent stay in your cottage

The Bullroom is situated in a beautiful rural area with many local walks directly from the cottage. There are many lovely places to visit that are within easy driving distance. The owners were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would definitely return again.

An excellent cottage with everything you could need. It was beautifully decorated and maintained. The owner cares greatly about the cottage and it shows, she's there if you need her but leaves you alone to enjoy your stay. A gorgeous location and yet only a short journey into Mold. A wonderful experience.

The Owner was lovely, cheerful people but not intrusive at all. Bullroom was so warm and cosy we did not want to leave and would like to return one day. The area was fresh and the scenery beautiful.

The owners was extremely welcoming and took great care in making sure I had everything I needed. Great location too. The directions were excellent. Owners well aware that the country location may be tricky for some people to navigate. As I live in a rural location I understand the need to get this right for the customer without depending on SAT NAV. Spot on!

The situation of the property meant that there was plenty to do and see, with the town of Mold being a particular favourite of ours. We enjoyed walking over the mountain to visit The Bluebell pub, which we found to be extremely friendly with good beer. The Miners Arms was also a nice, family friendly pub, a two minute walk from the property, which also does food for when we did not feel like cooking. A very relaxing, enjoyable holiday. It was a very relaxing holiday, and we would happily recommend it to family and friends.

The property should be rated higher, we had an excellent holiday the hospitality of the owners were above all, the nicest we have encountered before, they and their family made our holiday nothing was to much trouble. We will be going back and plan to take our family with us. Ruby our dog thought she was in heaven we were sad that the week went so fast. Five stars.

The cottage was amazing. Total peace and quiet which was just what we wanted. The cottage was spotlessly clean and everything was perfect. The patio opened onto an enclosed meadow which was brilliant for our dog who thought all his Christmas' had arrived at once! Cottage owner fantastic and even sent us home with some freshly laid eggs.

Better late than never with this review!! My wife and I stayed at the Bullroom in early May and what a fantastic stay we had. The owners were a charming couple and couldn't have been more friendly or helpful; checking on an almost daily basis, where we had been, had we had a good day and places to visit. keeping to strict restoration guidelines the owners couldn't do much about changing the height of the entrance, however being 6ft I did bang my head on a few occasions despite being warned, on a regular basis, by my wife and the owner to mind my head!! It wouldn't stop me going again or recommending this property to others. Thanks for great stay. PS the pub listed as a local amenity is no longer there.

The Bullroom is one of the best barn conversions i've seen, with all the amenities needed. It's in a lovely peaceful idyllic spot surrounded by beautiful hillsides. The owners where very friendly and helpful to our needs and i would recommend this place to anyone.

The cottage was lovely. Well equipped, spotlessly clean & comfortable. Remote enough for peace & quiet, with lovely local walks with our dog, but close enough to town, supermarkets, coast & places of interest. Mrs Reece was lovely and made us feel very welcome, without being intrusive.
September 2013
Had a great time and enjoyed the walks in the countryside.Very friendly locals.
August 2013
This was exactly what and where we wanted. We started walking the all Wales Coast Path and the cottage was ideally situated mid way between the section we wanted to walk. The cottage itself was excellent - everything we needed. The welcome and care of the owners was second to none. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.
