Located in a fantastic position close to the border with Devon and Dorset and surrounded by Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty they provide a great touring base. Pretty Winsham is just under a mile away and offers typical village amenities and just slightly further afield Chard Crewkerne and Axminster boast a wide variety of shops interesting buildings and places to eat and drink. You will also be well placed to explore the World Heritage Jurassic Coast and an array of seaside towns and villages including Lyme Regis West Bay Charmouth Seaton Beer and Branscombe. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include Forde Abbey House and Gardens Montacute House the Seaton Tramway Axe Valley Wildlife Park Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary and Crealy Adventure Park. Outside: access to a shared lawn garden with seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric and central heating (underfloor heating on the ground floor) included. Regret no pets. Regret no smoking. The properties have an adjoining door and as such can be let together to accommodate a party of 10. Private water supply (maintained to regulations). Location: beach 13 miles pub and shop within walking distance. Arrival: 3pm. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size with Juliet balcony and adjacent shower room with WC and 1 twin zip-and-link (with 2 6 beds which can be made into a king-size on request) with Juliet balcony and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath WC and sloping ceiling. Additional WC: on the ground floor. Lounge/diner: open-plan with woodburner (first basket of logs included) and TV/DVD. Kitchen area: with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine.
