Cnoc Grianach is a fantastic cottage. Would highly recommend. Close enough to shops etc yet far enough out for a quiet peaceful holiday.

This is a fabulous cottage with a light and airy feel. The kitchen/diner is a great size and linked to a lovely conservatory. The ensuite and family bathrooms are of a high standard. Being in such a lovely property and location helped make the holiday special. Skye is the most stunning Island with picture perfect views at every turn. Will definitely return to Skye and Cnoc Grianach.

We liked the decoration, the whirlpool and the winter garden. Actually we liked the whole package. The cottage was nearly perfect. It is well situated for trips on the isle of sky.

The cottage was immaculate. Its position with its outlook was stunning. The sun lounge was great, with beautiful views and very comfortable a really good space for chilling out. The cottage's location was very good for exploring Skye. The supplies that were left to greet us on our arrival was a lovely touch and very useful. We had a lovely week with good friends.

The cottage was beautifully done out inside and had a lovely vista over the loch from the kitchen and conservatory. It was in a good location, only 15 minutes from Portree. It was a lovely touch to receive a little welcome pack of goodies on our arrival. The owner was also very friendly and good at giving us useful information about where to eat, etc. We were also blessed with fabulous weather, which was a wonderful bonus!

Comfortable, up-to-date, fresh and very well-equipped cottage with excellent furnishings and facilities. A home from home in a quiet position but not isolated.
January 2016
Wonderfully cosy and homely accommodation, with luxury touches. This very well equipped three bedroomed cottage was perfect for our family holiday. We visited in March of 2015 which was not exactly warm, but the house was wonderful to return to each day after sightseeing, it was warm, comfortable and had everything we needed. It also had a great selection of books, games, and DVD's to keep us occupied on rainier days. The large kitchen/diner is wonderful for family meals and the wide corridors and light, airy rooms make the place feel so bright and lovely even when the weather is howling outside. On the Isle of Skye you can experience, rain, snow, sleet and sunshine all in one day! This cottage does not have any specific amenities within walking distance but is a great base for exploring the island, and is just a short drive to Portree where most of the islands amenities can be found.

This cottage is in a great location - an easy drive to all parts of the island and in a relaxing and peaceful area with a gorgeous view over Loch Snizort. The cottage was really homely and comfortable and everything you need to make your holiday special - a whirlpool bath, a conservatory to make the most of unpredictable Scottish weather! Also a modern country kitchen made for sociable mealtimes. The cottage was tastefully furnished and decorated and met our expectations as the photographs show a really good representation of the interior design.
