LOCATION The barn is set in farmland on the outskirts of Frogmore village - the local pub and excellent bakery/general stores are a pleasant 10 minute walk away. The famous shingle beach at Slapton Sands is within a 10 minute drive whilst other sandy beaches are easily accessible. The market town of Kingsbridge can be reached in 5-10 minutes whilst Salcombe and Dartmouth are 8 and 10 miles away respectively.

A very well equipped country kitchen has fitted units, classic range cooker (with four-ring hob, griddle and three ovens), fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. BEDROOMS Three in total. On the first floor are two good-sized bedrooms - one has a King size double bed, wardrobe, drawers and bedside units, the other has twin single beds, bedside unit, wardrobe and drawers. On the second floor is a very spacious master suite with super-King size bed (6'), bedside units, wardrobe, drawers and sitting area with sofa and TV (with Freeview). The master en suite bathroom has bath, separate shower cubicle, wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding those for the beach) are provided.
