We had a lovely relaxed break, a great little hide out and very peaceful. The cottage was great, we loved it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice break.

Loved the views and the location wasn't too far from shops and mountains. The room was nice and warm, cleanliness was good and had everything needed to use in the kitchen and bathroom.

It was conveniently located for the area I wanted to visit. The immediate area was ideally quiet and the views across to Anglesey over the Menai Straits were magnificent. I would have no hesitation in returning for another holiday.

A very compact apartment. The lounge was very clean. Plenty of light from the large Velux window. The sheep made it very 'rural'.

The cottage was in a good location within easy reach of main road routes and sights around Caernafon and surrounding area. It suited my son and I down to the ground.

The cottage had great views and was situated in a handy location. It was nice that information leaflets were left in the apartment for us.

The accommodation was ideally situated for sightseeing. I have never been to Wales before and really chose it because the week was the only one I could go on at that time. The whole area is breathtaking and we even had fairly good weather but the misty or wet days could not spoil it. We would definitely go again. There was a lovely surprise welcome pack also.

The whole holiday was very good the relaxing location greatly helped to enhance the whole stay so much, so would come back in the future to stay again some time and would look toward booking other holidays with Sykes.

This was a wonderful experience - the perfect getaway. Remote enough to forget all stress, yet accessible and close enough to any shopping or sightseeing requirements. The view is stunning and accompanied by the dialogues of highly entertaining sheep! I would love to go again.

Very good value for money for a short break, when compared with offerings of other agencies.
September 2017
The perfect place to get away from it all. Compact but comfortable. Kitchen is perfect for small meals, the property has a combi-oven which we didn't use. Due to the bad weather the TV and radio reception was a little patchy but that didn't bother us. The drive to the property is down a tiny track and parking is a little tight, due to this we didn't venture out at night. Scenery is amazing. Mobile phone coverage sketchy but this turned out to be a blessing. Looking forward to returning.

The room was very cosy and warm on arrival the chocolates went down well with the coffee. Thank you. location is beautiful within easy reach of all amenities e.g. Snowdon Caernarfon and local national trust properties which is a must. Kitchen was well equipped considering the size was small. Outside veranda was great, however it needed pressure washing and updating. Table and chairs were rotten so we used our own. All in all a great little apartment for a romantic getaway.
October 2011
The apartment was adequate in size for for myself and my 13 year old son, nice views, easy access to main roads, supermarket within 5 miles for major shopping and several smaller shops closer. Only downside from my point of view was the location of the microwave as it was just off floor level.
May 2012
enjoyed our stay here there the accommodation was fine except for the position of the microwave. The approach to the property was not very good but the location and views were great

Very clean, compact and well decorated room, great for couples and a short break away! Small kitchen with a hob and microwave which was sufficient but we often ate out as it was quite difficult to cook in the space. Overall, a brilliant place to stay in fairly close range to many outdoor activities, would highly recommend the huge zip wire at Zip World! Great fun!
October 2011
Great location if you're looking for some quiet spot! Might be tricky in winter as it's "in the middle of nowhere" and there is quite tight road reaching property. I've stayed with my husband in the smaller studio, but it was just enough for two of us. Big bed, TV, big table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. We had also terrace which we could use. It's a shame that the owners didn't think about organising it better though. Nice bench and a table on the terrace would be nice.. so you could have even a dinner outside. Proper cleaning would be needed too as I felt that it wasn't cleaned carefully. Worth to stay though as in general more positives and nice views (of course if the weather is nice :P), I wouldn't mind to go back there
