This was a fabulous property in an area of outstanding beauty. The owners were so friendly as well as their wonderful dog Chuckles. Highly recommend this place and the surrounding area has so much to offer. Can't wait to go back!

The house and location were fantastic. A two minute walk brought you right to the sea and a lovely walk through the dunes to the beach. The house was big and yet cosy and it was decorated for Christmas. The garden was interesting and the kids had fun exploring it. All in all we had a great New Year trip. Thank you to the owners.

a group of us from around ireland had a mini reunion here at the weekend, adults & children. The house is fantastically equipped with everything you might need. Very clean & Chris & Mary were very helpful but not intrusive. Kids had a great time in big garden with swings and slide and plenty of room to kick a ball. There is also a lovely BBQ area if the weather permits. All in all all a fantastic stay. I would highly recommend and we have already booked for next year!

My wife, daughter and I stayed in Donour lodge for one night in July. We were made feel very welcome by Mary and are definitely going to stay here again. The room was very clean and after spending the day on fanore beach, which is walking distance, it was great to have a warm shower before we went out for our meal. The breakfast was superb especially Marys homemade scones. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast. Thanks again and we will certainly see you again.
