This detached property is a comfortable, family-sized holiday home, that’s furnished with unusual and quirky curio. The ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen/breakfast room, with patio doors leading out onto the enclosed garden and sitting-out area, which is ideal for al fresco dining in the summer months.

One of Gulls Way’s best features is its location. Overlooking the entrance to Christchurch Harbour, Mudeford is a quaint fishing village with great charm and a rich history of smuggling. Mudeford Quay is a popular spot for windsurfers, so get out onto the pounding surf for a day of excitement. Alternatively, you can put your feet up and sip on some champagne, as you glide along the coast or across the Solent on a sailing boat or a yacht. The wetland terrain of Stanpit Marsh, a Site of Special Scientific Interest, is home to a great number of native birds, so be sure to pack your binoculars! Have a look around Christchurch nearby – the Red House Museum is home to an interesting collection of artefacts, which tell of the town’s local history, housed in a former workhouse built in 1764. There are also many inns, eateries and shops, as well as fine waterside dining and a harbour busy with the ebb and flow of its resident fleet of fishing ships.

Within easy reach are Bournmouth and Poole, with their award-winning beaches and seaside attractions. For children, there’s Marwell Zoo and Peppa Pig World, and visitors can satisfy their appetite for history with a trip to Stonehenge or Winchester Cathedral. The New Forest National Park offers some of England’s most scenic walks through heathland and pine-scented woodland, just 15 minutes from the property. Beach 100 yards.
