The apartment is airy and furnished to a high standard offering very comfortable accommodation for all ages as it can be accessed via a lift or stairs. With wonderful views from the lounge / diner and each of the two bedrooms - you can be in any room and enjoy the ever changing vista of the harbour directly outside your apartment - from luxury yachts passing out of the harbour to working fishing boats returning with their catch. Located right in the hustle and bustle of the lively town centre, you are in walking distance to a variety of eating places; a la carte dining on the harbourside, Italian cuisine, fresh seafood or good old fashioned fish and chips - all are available nearby. Weymouth's Georgian seafront with its golden sands and shallow waters is just a short stroll away or why not just sit with a glass of wine as the sun sets and enjoy watching the passing boats from your balcony. In the height of summer the bridge opens every two hours during the day to allow the boats to pass in and out of the harbour, a spectacle to behold for adults and children alike. Accommodation: Located on the 1st floor: Lounge/kitchen/diner with balcony overlooking the harbour. Bedroom 1, kingsize double bed with Juliette balcony and views, ensuite shower, hand basin and toilet. Bedroom 2, double bed with views. Bathroom with bath, hand basin and toilet. Additional services: WiFi. Gas central heating, Fridge/freezer, washing machine. Flat screen TV. CD music system. Off road allocated underground parking for ONE Vehicle only, (size restriction of 1.8m high x 2.3m wide and 5m length). A lift is then available to the apartment. Pedestrian access is via the main entrance which has three steps. Bed linen and towels inclusive. PLEASE NOTE: A 50 refundable deposit is required for remote control to operate parking gates to be paid in cash on arrival. As this property is centrally located adjacent to pubs / restaurants and a night club, the lively atmosphere of the area should be considered when booking this property.
