The Cottage was immaculate in both appearance and comfort, a beautiful welcoming base to return to each day and we loved staying here!

This was a very comfortable, clean and presentable cottage. The owners were friendly and welcoming. We felt very at home here, in a peaceful rural location and just 5 minutes away from the town of Killorglin. We highly recommend Hayfield Cottage as a holiday base.

As an angler( sea fishing) the location of Hayfield Cottage was particularly useful as it allowed me to fish two different areas without the need for excessive travelling. This was especially useful given the poor weather( strong winds) which made finding sheltered areas essential.

The cottage was exactly as described. It has been refurbished to a very high standard and exceptionally well kept. The cottage is conveniently located as a base to explore County Kerry. The owners are friendly and welcoming and left us to get on with our holiday. They also provide some useful information about the local area such as maps, where to eat, etc. Overall, it felt like home from home.

Just got back from this beautiful cottage in lovely county Kerry. This cottage has all you need, its like home to home, everything is catered for.Its set on a working beef farm but we only saw the cows & calf's once, and what a delight that was. Killorglin is only down the road and your only a ride away from Killarney,Tralee & dingle. My husband, sister & brother in-law absolutely loved staying here and highly recommend this gem of a cottage. Would loved to have chatted with the owners but we only saw the lady once when we arrived and then when we went, had so much we wanted to say about our stay. Overall, great position for all Kerry has to show you, clean & well equipped cottage & very comfy beds.......Thank you.

This our second time staying at Hayfield Cottage. It's clean, comfortable, well equipped and peaceful. It's ideally situated for touring The Ring of Kerry, Dingle Peninsula, Killarney and it's National Park. Owners are charming, friendly and welcoming. We will be back and recommend to everybody.

Stayed here in August 2015 for a week and Daniel the host was extremely helpful. The cottage was exceptionally clean and in excellent order. I would not hesitate to return to this cottage if Wifi was installed.

We were looking for a base to go hillwalking in the area and this was ideal - easy access to the hills on the Dingle and Iveragh peninsulas. The photos give an accurate impression of the property. There is plenty of space and it is very quiet. Also easy to find. We did most of our shopping at Tesco in Killarney but we also did a bit in Killorglin which was grand - and much closer. We felt the house was very good value and would be happy to return. The only down side was the kitchen. There was no coffee maker, no sieve, no potato/vegetable peeler and the cooker is pretty ancient and slow! We cooked every evening so these things mattered - but we managed! We live in a rural setting so looking out the kitchen window into the farmyard made us feel very at home - smells and noises!

Excellent for families. Close to the main tourist area's but not too close. You will need a car. Owners helpful and friendly. Nice and clean. Garden is gravel but that was fine with us. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you

Ideal location for visiting County Kerry, particularly the Dingle Peninsula, Killarney National Park and the Ring of Kerry. Peaceful and quiet location, just off the tourist cicuit and you would barely know there is a working farmyard next door. The cottage is lovely, clean and cosy, well equiped, almost home from home. The owners are friendly and helpful, and there if you need them. Will definitely book this cottage again if we return to Kerry.
