An amazing cottage full of character and history, but very comfortable with all mod cons imaginable. A lovely friendly village ideally situated for exploring North Suffolk and South Norfolk. Pubs, shop and church were two minutes walk away. There was easy access to footpaths for walking and a handy bus stop for trips to Norwich and local market towns.

The Cottage was beautiful, the locals are very friendly and there are some glorious walks nearby. The Cottage is very well equipped with everything you need, and the hot tub is superb to relax in after a hard day exploring. The Falcon serves a good pint but unfortunately no food, however The Old Ram is not far away and serves very good meals. Overall this cottage is a fantastic place to stay, and the owners are very friendly and welcoming. Enjoy's great!

This charming, well-appointed cottage provided an excellent base for us to visit Norfolk and Suffolk. We brought our dog and stayed for 1 week. The enclosed yard meant we could let the dog have a run-about and the meadows near the house provided excellent walks. Pulham Market is a lovely village. The nearby Crown Pub is dog-friendly with good food, strong cider and a great atmosphere. All-in-all, this cottage does everything it says in the blurb and is well worth a stay!
