Far-reaching views over neighbouring farmland make a peaceful location while the nearby coast road between Polperro and Looe gives quick and easy access to local facilities. Catch The Looe Valley train line for a spectacular journey and if you wish there are some great designated walks from numerous stops back to Looe. The South Cornish coast has a host of sandy beaches with the South West Coast Path offering stunning cliff walks and other footpaths to enjoy. Inland the wooded valleys and moors provide extra interest. Coarse and sea fishing golf horse riding kayaking and diving are all available locally. Attractions and places of interest further afield in Cornwall and South Devon can also be reached easily from here. Amenities: ample parking in the courtyard. The upper floor has three bedrooms all with en-suite shower or bath and WC; 2 double bedrooms and 1 double with 1 single bed. The ground floor offers 2 further bedrooms; 1 king-size and 1 twin. Bathroom: ground floor family size with bath separate shower and WC. Lounge: 2 available both have Smart TV with free Netflix Blu-ray/DVD the second also has table football PlayStation and Blu-ray DVD available Kitchen/diner: large farmhouse style well-equipped with range cooker with large oven and wok burner dishwasher 2 fridges freezer microwave and washer/dryer. Outside: private picnic/BBQ area and patio doors in the main lounge give access to the grounds. Amenities: Regret no dogs parking for up to 4 cars additional parking can be arranged subject to prior agreement with owners. Central heating included. Arrival: 4.30pm (you are welcome to drop your luggage off after 2.30pm).
