My wife and I had a short break in April, it was great. Owl's nest was exactly as described and the quality of fixtures and fittings were second to none. The hot tub was lovely and clean and we used it daily.

Lovely property in an excellent location. Nice and quiet location, on the edge of the lake. The property was excellent, a home from home with everything catered for.

As a family of 6 with children ranging from 5-14, holidays can become hard work. I can say this was not the case at Owl's Nest - the place is fantastic. It is a really big space that is well equipped, clean and had games, DVDs and books to keep the kids entertained. The hot tub was used daily and could fit all of us in. There was lots to do on the park too; from water sports to golf, arcades and swimming. Would definitely go back and recommend to family friends.

The lodge was cosy and exactly right for what we wanted. The en suite bathroom in the main bedroom went down very well with my Mum and partner and the hot tub was enjoyed by all at all times of the day in all weather. We also liked watching the jets training from RAF Conningsby. Facilities on site were very good too.

The Owls Nest lodge was excellent in every way, by far the best we have ever stayed in. The owner had thought of everything to make the lodge a real home from home. The location of the lodge was great, as far away from the centre as it was possible to be, so very quiet, but still only a 10 minute walk to the small supermarket and barspa. We would definitely book it again and recommend it to our family and friends.

Liked the lovely location, the views, the peace and quiet, and the comfortable living space for the duration. It was only a short taxi drop away from the towns! Brilliant!

Had a fantastic week spending Christmas in Owl's Nest. The living area was very cosy with the added benefit of an electric fire. The kitchen was very spacious and had everything we needed to cook an amazing Christmas dinner (no washing up either, thanks to the dishwasher). The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms very clean. What we will remember the most is the stunning view of the lake, watching wildlife from the comfort of a bubbling hot tub! The owners were very welcoming too!

Our stay in Owl's Nest, even though short, was just perfect. I would recommend it, I am giving 6 out of 5 stars.

We had 4 young children with us and the park felt very safe and secure, there was no noise and lots of things to keep them occupied! The property was spotless and had everything we needed.

I stayed at Owls Nest with my daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter at the end of August 2015. We were absolutely delighted with the lodge, it was spotlessly clean and the owners had thought of everything to make it into a real home away from home, including fresh flowers, refreshment tray and welcome card. The location is excellent, as far away from the centre of the park as it was possible to be, yet still only a short walk or drive from the amenities. Hardly any traffic noise because of the location. The veranda looks directly onto the lake, with its multitude of water birds an added bonus. I would recommend the Owls Nest to all my friends and family and we are looking forward to booking it again next year.

I stayed at Owls Nest for the August Bank Holiday week with my daughter, son-in-law and two of my granddaughters. We had a brilliant time, the park has had a lot of money invested in it since our stay last year and there was so much to do that we hardly had time to fit everything in. Owls Nest was just as we expected, having stayed in it for a week in 2015. The lodge had everything we could possibly want and was just as spotlessly clean as the first time we stayed there. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and make regular use of it, and to sit on the veranda watching the many ducks, geese, swans etc, on the lake, and see the different aircraft from RAF Conningsby flying over every day was a real treat. We were welcomed with a lovely card, a bottle of wine and a hospitality tray from Janet, the owner of the lodge, she really does go the extra mile for her guests. I would recommend Owls Nest without hesitation to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, welcoming holiday home. Well done Janet.

We went for a girly weekend away before my sisters wedding and we had a brilliant time. Owls nest was very clean and cosy, with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The hot tub was great for relaxing in! The location was awesome and it was so nice opening our curtains in the morning and seeing the lake outside. We all wished our stay was longer as we didn't feel ready to leave and I'm sure we'll be back to stay again. Definitely recommend Owls nest for a relaxing stay..
