Rosemount House is a lovely house, in an lovely area. We stayed for a week and there were 10 of us and a dog. The house is massive and very well equipped. The hot tub and pool got used a lot, and the dog thought the country walks were fantastic. The scenery was amazing. The owner was incredibly helpful, especially in trying to sort out some issues we initially had with the pool and hot tub upon arrival. Blairgowrie is a lovely little village. Would most definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a holiday in the country.

This property was absolutely fantastic! We were able to celebrate my Mother and Father in law's Golden Wedding Anniversary in grand style! 12 adults, two children, two babies, a dog and it didn't feel crowded at all! Plenty of space and plenty of amenities.

The house was excellent with plenty of room and lots of toys/Lego for the kids to play with. Bedrooms were roomy and most of them had en suites. Plenty of cooking facilities such as the AGA and range and the open fires added to the Christmas atmosphere on our family weekend get together. I would also like to thank the owner for putting up the beautiful Christmas tree.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautifully decorated and felt really homely. We loved using the dining room and everyone said their beds were really comfortable. It was like staying in someone's house rather than a rented property. The kitchen was well equipped and had lovely crockery. Despite it being January we managed some nice walks close by. We would all definitely go back again.

We particularly enjoyed the location of the property with stunning views from the front rooms and the garden. The property layout provided for flexible use and there was lots of space for children to play with the toys provided. We loved the well equiped kitchen with the AGA for intimate family meals and the formal dining room was perfect for our bigger meals. It was well equipped for large numbers to dine. The drawing room with its large open fire provided an excellent room for us to use in the evenings and the sitting room (next door) with its TV could be closed off when the TV was being used or opened up to make more space when not. The hot tub was located so we could enjoy the views. Any queries during our stay were promptly responded to by the property manager.

Our group had a fabulous time at Rosemount House! The spacious lounge ensured we could all relax together in comfort. The kitchen created a wonderful hub of activity and there was no problem catering for our large group. Each bedroom was of a high standard. The gardens, especially the BBQ and poolside area, were a sunshine hotspot!

An absolutely lovely place with lots of space, character and a heated pool which was pleasant to swim in even on darker days. Everyone loved it; kids, adults and grand parents. The owner was very friendly and the house was a dream.

We had a fantastic time at Rosemount House. The kitchen dining facilities were great - lovely to have an Aga to keep the place warm cosy. There was ample space for all our needs and the open fires were gorgeous. The owner called in to check everything was OK for us, he the housekeeper were very friendly. Can't fault the place and would stay there again without any hesitation.

The property was spacious and accommodated our party of fifteen without difficulty. The dinning room was in keeping with the rest of the house and provided an excellent setting for a birthday dinner. The house was very clean well appointed, and the standard of the fittings and fixtures were very good. The location provided privacy and tranquillity. The owner was helpful and considerate. It was a most enjoyable experience in great settings. All in all we had a wonderful time.

Our family of 15 enjoyed the stay at Rosemount House as it was large, spacious and cosy. The AGA cooker kept the rooms warm and comfortable. The pool table kept the children as well as adults entertained and the iron bell came in handy to use as a breakfast bell for the kids!!! We had a wonderful and memorable holiday thanks to the beautiful house amidst the scenic landscape.

It is a beautiful house, very well-equipped especially when it comes to kitchen utensils. We were a group of 12 and fit comfortably in the house, with most bedrooms upstairs and 2 large living rooms with fireplaces and a dining room (also with a fireplace) downstairs. The location is also good, with a shop within a 5-10min drive, nice scenery around and a river within a 10-15min walk. There are plenty of board games, croquet, Lego, books and a TV with Sky in the house. I would certainly recommend Rosemount House.

Just spent a week here with 3 other families and children ranging from 12 toto 17 years. The house is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. There's loads of space to spread out including 2 sitting rooms so the children could have their own space too. We had everything we needed including a very well equipped kitchen with Aga. The views are stunning and there's plenty to do in the surrounding area if you want to but we were happy to enjoy the house and a few local walks

Stayed there last weekend with a group of friends. The house is beautifully furnished and feels like a family home rather than a rental property. Everything you need is there and more. For such a large house everything is spotless. The rooms look just like the pictures which is not always the case in my experience. The kitchen is good for entertaining and is cosy and warm all day and night thanks to the aga. There are three open fire places and as we stayed last weekend during the winter season, wood and coal were provided to start you off. You can top this up however there would be enough to last the weekend if you managed the supply. There was plenty of hot water for showers for all and the beds comfy and cosy. I could have stayed longer and would definitely recommend it. I hope to go back next winter.

Stayed at Rosemount House with my partner, daughter, son in law and grandchildren in August. The holiday was a 50th wedding anniversary present - and what a great present. The accommodation is beautiful, spacious and very well equipped. The views are magnificent and the outdoor swimming pool was a bonus, particularly for the grandchildren although I enjoyed it as well despite my great age!!!! The location is also very good, being only a short drive from Dundee where we were able to visit the Science Museum and the Discovery and it was also not very far from Scone Palace which is well worth a visit. Being self-catering there is also a large supermarket within a few minutes drive.
