Only 300 yards from the sandy south beach, this single storey property with small enclosed garden, is a great holiday home from which to enjoy the towns many attractions. These include a large award winning sandy beach, promenade, pier and funfair, sea llfe centre, golf courses, pitch and putt, crazy golf, sports centre with indoor swimming pool and outdoor skating rink. Other attractions include a bowling alley, theatre and boat trips to see the basking seals, sandbanks and famous red and white striped cliffs, as well as beautiful coastal walks and stunning sunsets. Hunstanton has a wealth of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Famous for its hue skies, unspoilt countryside and pretty villages, North Norfolk is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and The Wash, a Site of Special Scientific Interest, both offering easy to reach attractions to suit everyone. These include the Royal Sandringham Estate, Pensthorpe Nature Reserve, site of BBC’s Spring Watch programme, RSPB Titchwell and Snettisham, Norfolk Lavender, Snettisham Park Farm, historic Kings Lynn, Wells Quay, port and narrow gauge steam railway, Castle Rising castle, Bircham Windmill, Fakenham Racecourse, the Muckleburgh Military Museum, and a wealth of stately homes and country houses.
