Situated on the edge of the village of Mundesley, this spacious detached bungalow enjoys its secluded location, yet all necessary amenities are nearby, such as the pub, parks, a golf course, the bowling green, the village centre with its shops, cafés and restaurants, and there’s even a wonderful sandy beach just a short walk away. Gold Park is a few minutes’ drive from the property, with its crazy golf, toddlers’ swing park, skate board park, outdoor gym, basketball and tennis courts. In August, the park even hosts a circus for 2 weeks. Youngsters under 7 are sure to be kept busy at The Elephant Playbarn on the edge of the village.

The area is ideal for all manner of holidaymakers, including birdwatchers, fishermen, cyclists, sailers and beach lovers. There are miles of coastal paths with some stunning sea views to be enjoyed, and you won’t even have to leave your canine companions at home, with some excellent year-round dog friendly beaches just 15 minutes away by foot, located on either side of the main beach.

Wroxham, dubbed the ‘Capital of the Broads’, is just 12 miles away, and is a great place to start your adventure down the waterways, with daily boat hire and river trips. If you’d rather keep your feet on the ground, there are some charming waterside restaurants, cafés and shops to be found in the town. For a traditional seaside town, there’s the ever popular Cromer just 7 miles away, with its famous pier, promenade and town centre. Amble round some of the National Trust owned properties in the area, such as Felbrigg Hall, Blickling Hall and Sheringham Park. Blakeney Quay offers boat trips out to the resident seal colonies, and the city of Norwich is just 20 miles away, with excellent shopping, fine theatre performances, a grand old castle and cathedral, cafes and restaurants. Great Yarmouth is also just 27 miles away. Fishing nearby (licence required). Beach 1 mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
