There is a bus stop nearby and the main bus depot is 1 mile away from there you can take a trip to many Cornish destinations and to Plymouth an ideal choice for those wishing to make use of their free bus pass. The property is also less than 2 miles from the nearest beach. In the evenings there is an abundance of nearby pubs and restaurants to cater for all tastes many serving top quality local produce. The area is also well served by golf courses and outdoor leisure facilities. Boat trips are available from nearby Fowey and Mevagissey.
