You will also be welcome to watch some of the farming activities making this a great family escape. Ideally positioned for touring the whole of Cornwall with a wealth of popular attractions within a short drive including The Eden Project the Tall Ships at Charlestown The Lost Gardens of Heligan and National Trust Lanhydrock House and Gardens. The property itself is within walking distance of the coast and within a three mile radius you can find a selection of beaches golf course swimming pool and a health club. Boat trips are also available from nearby Fowey and Mevagissey and provide some great family days out. Alternatively those slightly less adventurous can relax in the private enclosed garden and soak up with sea views the comfort of this friendly farm. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin both with en-suite shower room with WC. Lounge: beautifully light and airy room with coal effect electric fire and large flatscreen TV/DVD. Dining room: located on the first floor allowing for lovely sea views. Kitchen: also located on the first floor with electric oven and hob fridge/freezer microwave washing machine and dryer. Outside: large enclosed garden with sea views lawn garden furniture BBQ and walks leading to the coast. Amenities: ample private off-road parking.
