Summer Hill 1 is a quality ground floor apartment situated within a Grade II listed building, one mile from Spark Bridge and five miles from Ulverston. This apartment sleeps two people and has a four poster king-size double bedroom, a bathroom with double-ended bath, kitchen with breakfast bar and a sitting room with dining area. Outside there's off road parking for two cars, a private patio with furniture 50 yards from the apartment and shared use of grounds with water feature. Summer Hill 1 is a wonderful base for a couple with plenty to see and to nearby.

The small village of Spark Bridge offers two pubs serving great food. Nearby is the market town of Ulverston with its street markets and festivals, shops, pubs and leisure facilities, along with the only Laural and Hardy museum in the world.

Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.
