This house is perfect, the owner had thought of everything to make our stay stress free. The beach really is a 5 minute walk away and is dog friendly all year long. The town is also a five minute walk away with a supermarket and other nice shops. The garden is enclosed and we enjoyed the sitting area in the sunshine. I would definitely go back to this house.

Sunny Towers is a lovely property, great character and big bed rooms. Excellent location close to wonderful beach. When we arrived we were met by the owner with the kettle on... Fab!

Very comfortable base to explore North Wales. The owner made us welcome and was on hand if needed. The property was well equipped and the owners had thought about people's needs and every eventuality whilst staying at Sunny Towers.

My family of four and at times, extended family, had a fantastic Christmas in Colwyn Bay last week at this fantastic and spacious property. The owner Dave, was very helpful from booking the holiday to the end of it.. he also kindly put up Xmas lights and left a tree out for our young girls to gleefully decorate.. Location wise, Sunny T is in a great location.. 0.25 miles walk to the Prom and beach (and a little further to Bryn Williams restaurant at Erias), the same distance to the town centre and high street which contains a good number of shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs etc and also just off the A55 so easy to get to Llandudno, Rhos, Conway etc. The house itself was superb, three large double bedrooms and a good sized fourth single bedroom, three bathrooms (2 inc bath and/or showers and one just a toilet) and superb downstairs space including a good sized lounge, dining room etc.. The kitchen had everything and linked to a very useful utility room and shower room.. great storage for dog stuff, walking Boots etc. The grounds the house is in we're great too, inc a coal shed (used by us as an additional Winter fridge) outside seating area, gardens and driveway for one car.. The front porch is keypad access too which was good, no key needed when out.. The property used to be a B&B back in its day and you can see why..superb.. The town itself was a lot better than we envisaged too, a lovely Christmas, made better by this fantastic house.

Great property with some lovely touches. In a good location - even my 90 year old Mum could walk to the prom / beach and back. Been staying in self catering accommodation for over 30 years and this is definitely the best equipped by far - from the crockery and cutlery to toiletries and even plasters! It was spotlessly clean too. Great service, great communications and very friendly welcome. Recommend The Cottage Loaf in Llandudno for Sunday lunch - delicious!
