Centrally located and with a stunning countryside backdrop with views from the private, south west facing garden across the fields towards Caradon Hill, the village of Minions which is the highest village in Cornwall, and Bodmin Moor, 2 miles away. The cottage is set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the edge of Bodmin Moor which is steeped in local history. The discreet owner lives adjacent and is on hand should you need advice or assistance during your stay. For those who enjoy nature, the bird table is always full of birds. The beaches of the south and north coasts are easily accessible, as is the quaint fishing village of Polperro and the sandy beach at Looe. The property is also close to many of Cornwall’s attractions including the Eden Project, the National Trust houses of Lanhydrock and Cotehele, and many National Trust gardens. Shop 1½ miles, pub ½ mile.All on the ground floor.
