Tan y Bryn description

Set on the side of a hill in the quiet North Wales countryside, the tiny village of Gwaenysgor is situated within the Clwydian Hill Range, designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The summit is a mere quarter of a mile away and provides a wonderful panoramic view over the countryside and coast. With a very good pub, the village is well placed for joining the Offa's Dyke National Trail, which lies within a few minutes walk. The beaches at Prestatyn offer a safe spot for family fun on the sand as well as those looking for a place to try various water sports. There are also a number of lovely walks through the pretty countryside as well as four excellent golf courses, a leisure centre, the Mountain Zoo at Colwyn Bay and the Victorian resort of Llandudno – all waiting to be explored.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Tan Y Bryn is a fantastic cottage, with everything we needed including numerous leaflets on activities to do around the surrounding area. Cottage was spotless, spacious and value for money.

The property was so clean and cosy. It was just what we needed, a true home away from home. From the bottom of our hearts; thank you to the owners. We will be back.

I came over to visit a friend who was staying here with work. This isn't just your normal holiday let. It is like you are visiting a friends house or at home yourself. All you need is to bring food everything else is provided. It is immaculately clean and the owners have gone to immense trouble to put a welcome pack together which is detailed about all you need to know and more. The only down side is, i have to leave my friend tomorrow 13/012017 as need to go back to work
