A great location and lovely cottage. The beach is five minute walk away and the wild life good. We were able to see peregrine falcons nesting in the cliffs off the beach. Anglesey is a great place to holiday.

The property is very close to some stunning coastline and is great for walking. The owner of the property was very welcoming and paid us a quick visit on the day of our arrival to make sure that everything was OK. She also visited on our last evening to enquire if we had enjoyed our stay. Both of which were much appreciated

Lovely cottage within 2 minutes walking distance of the beach, which was ideal for our 3 young children. The house was well laid out and had everything we needed for our Spring break. The surrounding countryside is fabulous. We would love to come again.

Had a wonderful holiday at the Anchorage - greeted on arrival and lovely welcome pack on arrival. Lovely property and plenty of facilities. Would highly recommend, nearest supermarkets etc 11 miles away but plenty of freezer and fridge space to stock up so no problem at all.

Anglesey is a great holiday destination and 'The Anchorage' is in one of the best spots on the island: Church Bay is beautiful and unspoilt.

The Anchorage is a beautiful house in a beautiful area. We all enjoyed a lovely week there and couldn't really choose any particular aspect of it. All things considered it was perfect.

October 2012
Lovely cottage with plenty of space for our family. There was room for the grandchildren to play, along with a 2 minute walk to the beach. We would recommend to friends and family.
September 2013
A very comfortable cottage, plenty of space in the lounge/diner/kitchen. 2 en suites, a family bathroom and a downstairs shower room mean that there are no problems with queues in the morning. The cottage has sea views and is less than a 5 minute walk to to the most beautiful sandy beach with rock pools.
August 2014
excellent accommodation very comfortable just as the advert described would certainly go again lovely position and views from the windows .lobster pot restaurant next door was very good. when we arrived we thought it was very close to the lobster and crab business at the rear of the property, but we did not find it a problem at all and it was very interesting to be given a tour of the lobster and crab tanks.

The accommodation was lovely, home from home with everything you could think of. The location was perfect for the beach, which my 2 year old Grand-daughter loved. There was a nice little cafe near the beach and an excellent restaurant next door to the cottage. Overall everything was perfect!
