The Coach House description

Holiday home
The Coach House is a terraced cottage in Coastguard Court in the small County Wexford village of Cullenstown. The cottage has two double bedrooms (one with sea views) which with the addition of a family bathroom make this a holiday home suitable for four people. Making up the rest of the cottage is a modern kitchen with dining area, a sitting room and a south facing sun room with sea views and French doors to a private patio and lawned garden. The cottage also has off road parking for two cars and is just two minutes walk from the nearest shop, pub and beach. The Coach House is a beautifully designed cottage in a peaceful seaside village and makes an ideal base for exploring County Wexford.

Cullenstown is a village on the beach conveniently situated a few minutes' drive from Carrick-on-Bannow, also known as Carrick, renowned for its traditional music festival & sessions, and Duncormick, with its thatched pub and scenic setting, Cullenstown has numerous sandy beaches and rural walks within easy reach. Half an hour by car will take you to the cliff top village of Rosslare with its panoramic views over the coastline, the historic town of Wexford with its narrow streets, world famous Opera House and quayside, and the port of New Ross, where you can experience life on an emigrant ship aboard the historic Dunbrody Famine Ship. The area is an ideal base for an action-packed holiday with great diving, angling, horse riding and coastal walks, or for simply touring this wonderful unspoilt part of Ireland.

Known as the "Sunny South East", the counties of Wicklow, Wexford, Waterford, and Tipperary offer everything you could need for a dream holiday in Ireland. Miles of sandy beach and scenic drives taking in mountains and coast are on your doorstep.

The cottage was spacious, bright and very comfortable. We particularly loved the porch area which was south-facing and offered a lovely view down towards the sea. The garden was also very much appreciated and the surrounding area had a quiet charm.

We enjoyed the views from the back of the cottage and it was a very peaceful area. Kilmore Quay was great and good for crabbing and amazing fish and chips. The cottage was a good size for us and although we had neighbours the walls were solid so we didn't hear them.

Beautiful view over the sea from the sun room. This is a newish property, well equipped and by the coast. The host was welcoming and helpful and on call at any time there was a problem, not that there was one. Great places to visit along the coastline.

We had a wonderful week here in July. 8 adults and 6 children we had 3 houses. It's so safe for young children, 2 of the houses we had had gardens, and also there is a field for the children to play in the children had a ball. Cullenstown beach is walking distance, and the beautiful village of Kilmore Quay is just a short drive away. I would recommend Coast guard to anyone especially if you have small children in the company. It a lovely part of the country with lots to do and see. Tom and Carmel are excellent host, the houses a well equipped
