Loved being close to the beach, it was really nice to able to just go out and walk there. Fish chips on the beach was really good as well. The Gallery was very cosy to snuggle up in on the one night that it did rain.

I liked the location of this property as it is in the heart of the village. It is close to the beach, and we had some lovely walks along the beach and round the lake. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The property had the best shower we ever used as the water was instantly hot. It had enough crockery to fill the dishwasher which makes meal times easier.

Close location to beach, shops and restaurants. Good base for visiting the rest of Anglesey. Very relaxing, pace of life much slower than where we live so came back refreshed.

We loved everything about the holiday. The weather was lovely, Rhosneigr itself was quaint and tranquil, the beach and walks were stunning, and the apartment itself was perfect for us.

A quiet and peaceful location. The apartment made a good base for touring the island. The living room/lounge was warm, comfortable and very spacious, which made for relaxing evenings. The tiled lobby area was useful.

The property was well maintained and very clean. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of good quality bedding. The view was wonderful and there was enough room when our family visited us.

A lovely cottage very close to the beach - very roomy and fantastically arranged.

The owner was lovely, helpful and very friendly. To be honest everyone we met was amazingly friendly. The area was beautiful, we really didn't need to travel anywhere if we didn't want to. The apartment was well positioned in the centre of town and about 5mins to the beach, we'd love to go again and our daughter cried when we left - a fab place!

The area we stayed in (Rhosneigr) was fantastic and very peaceful, The Gallery Apartment made it even more so. A special, lovely apartment - we are going back later in the year as it was such a relaxing destination.

The apartment was exactly as described and was great value for money. We were very close to the sea, which the kids loved, and the area itself felt very safe.

Our stay in the Gallery Apartment was fantastic - a real haven. The flat was well equipped with some lovely views over the beach. It was a great place to explore Anglesey from with some good cafes and restaurants in the village. We would definitely recommend!

A smart modern apartment close to a stunning coastline. Couldn't have asked for nicer owners who ensured that our stay was relaxing and comfortable. We will definitely return. Thanks.

Very nice apartment. Central and convenient. Friendly owners. Great shower. Comfy bed. The best views are from the bedroom, but you really have to stand up to see them. If you're looking for an uninterrupted view that you can stare at for a week, this is not the place. You can see the sea, it's very close, but there are backs of houses in between. Out of season you'll find a lot of places in Rhosneigr close mid week. There are lots of eating and drinking places on the doorstep, but if it isn't July or August don't assume they'll be open after 5pm or before 11am except Fridays and Saturdays. Some are - but a lot more aren't. You'll also find that a lot of them have seriously out of date websites too. (One place that bills itself online as a seafood specialist is now a Thai restaurant.)

could not find any faults with this stay, key pick was great as was the introduction to the apartment especially the hob.It was spotlessly clean and very homely, only snag was the narrow steep stairs to bedroom, but not really an issue, the veiws were great from diner and a real bonus was a chippy across the street,a pizza takeaway(well tasty) and a bar on the same street. The locals that we met were friendly. We also saw and heard more aircraft and helicopters than we have for a while, nice to watch runway at Valley from bedrooms huge windows,we can't think of any improvement except maybe a fire in lounge area as a focal point and also in the cooler weather a boost to heating as it such a big area to heat all in all a great week

Good points....Clean and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen . Very quiet despite it being on the high street and above a shop.Close to shops and eateries Bad Points....Number of steps up to the apartment. Narrow steep steps up to the mezzanine bedroom ( none of which is pointed out in the description) Very small bathroom. Toilet right next to the bath that you had to climb over to get out of the shower. No ventilation in the there either just a small window that only opened a couple of inch. In need of a lick of paint, broken cupboard door in the kitchen, blinds wouldnt close on 2 velux windows in bedroom, had to fix our selves. Definately not suitable for young children or anyone with mobility problems . Overall condition average, could do with updating

Having spent a fair amount of time in Rhosneigr when a student at Bangor, I wanted to share the area with my boyfriend as well as get a bit of down time, and the Gallery Apartment was the perfect place for that. The Gallery Apartment is centrally located and a minute walk at most from at least two restaurants, a proper fish and chip shop, corner shops and the beach, which yes, we visited, even in November. The apartment itself is a cosy, well-furnished home from home and despite being open plan is surprisingly warm in the winter, proved by the small hitch of the heating going off in the early hours of our last morning and us just not noticing until then owner Glen came and told us it was all sorted and back on. Can't fault the key pickup or introduction that we got to the apartment, and the owners (in this case Glen as we didn't have the chance to meet Jane) are friendly, warm and welcoming. Added bonus that we nearly missed, they also own the clothing and wet-suit hire shop called Gecko, across the road, at which guests at the Gallery Apartment get a 10% discount. Be warned though, if you visit off-peak as we did, many local places to eat and drink open intermittently on days that aren't Friday or Saturday, but don't let it put you off visiting this gorgeous corner of Anglesey as it didn't detract from our visit at all, and it shouldn't detract from yours. Also, having visited during the peak season in the past, parking is much more difficult as it is a popular place with holidaymakers, day trippers and water sports enthusiasts alike. Can't recommend this property enough and looking forward to going back if we can ever find a time when it's not fully booked!
