Such a warm welcome. Beautiful, well cared for cottage in spotless condition. We immediately felt at home. Very sad to leave, but already planning to return. Could not find fault with anything. Attention to detail was present in each room of the cottage. Thank you for giving us such a relaxing, happy holiday.

The owner was very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Loved the fact it is on a working farm. The Granary is well positioned to visit lots of amazing places in Somerset and Wiltshire. Highly recommended.

We were delighted to have found such a bright and comfortable bungalow for our extended stay. We were particularly impressed by the warmth of our reception and the unobtrusive yet constant concern for our comfort and needs. Our grandchildren loved the guided tour of the dairy farm and feeding the chickens. Just a short distance down the country lane, the farm is located perfectly for touring the beautiful area and the nearby town of Shepton Mallet has everything one needs for self catering.

Choose The Granary as it was near to Son's in Upton Noble. Easy to get to from road and a warm welcome given. The Bungalow next to farmhouse had a entrance porch handy for boots and shoes. We parked right upto door which was handy as my partner had mobility problem. A lovely warm feeling when we walked into the kitchen come lounge. It's like home from home with everything you needed. Was greeted with milk and chocolate cake left for us. You can also purchase eggs from them. The bathroom was large with shower over bath and very powerful shower! The lovely bedroom suite all wood and plenty of space. Conservatory/second bedroom and dinning room looked out onto well stocked kitchen garden, greenhouse, chickens and duck pond. The best view was the cows. I watched them every morning coming out of feeding sheds to go to be milked. Very quite with odd moo. Shops only down the road at Shepton Mallet. Would recommend The Granary to all my friends and family to stay.

I received a warm and friendly welcome from the owners. I liked the cleanliness of the property and its general upkeep. I would return there without hesitation. The property was located within close proximity of some interesting places to visit, for example Longleats and Cheddar Gorge.

This was the perfect house for a family holiday with a dog! It was very clean, spacious and very well equipped. The garden was delightful - chickens, cows and birds to watch as well as the goings on of a working farm. It was really handy for many wonderful country walks and very near wonderful places such as Wells and many pretty villages. The pubs around were fantastic too! We will certainly be back and will recommend The Granary to our friends and family. 10 out of 10.

The Granary was a lovely, comfortable, relaxing place to come home to at the end of the day. The cottage was well equipped and comfortable. The conservatory and decking overlooked the farm and we loved to watch the cows coming and going, the chickens feeding and the birds in the garden. The owners and their family were welcoming and friendly. For us it was an ideal holiday.
