The Haybarn description

This beautifully presented barn has been converted to a very high standard and combines conveniences with a wealth of traditional features. The beamed, open plan kitchen and living area has a welcoming wood-burning stove, cosy corner sofa and large patio doors which lead out into a south facing garden. The garden is fully enclosed and has a small lawned area, patio and summer house with garden furniture. The Haybarn is located in the pretty village of Sculthorpe on a quiet gravelled driveway with plenty of parking. It lies close to the bustling market town of Fakenham with its racecourse, golf course and weekly market plus all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Just under 9 miles away is the beautiful seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea with its picturesque working fish harbour and vast sandy beach backed by pine woods and painted beach huts.
Sculthorpe is perfectly placed for exploring all of Norfolk. Try Blakeney for crabbing and seal trips and Holt for shops, cafes and antiques. Holkham Hall, The Royal Sandringham Estate, Burnham Market and Walsingham are all within easy reach and Norwich and the Norfolk Broads provide an ideal day trip. Hunstanton is popular with families and Brancaster provides yet more great coastline. There are lots of opportunities for walking, cycling and bird watching in the area with the Hawk Owl Trust Nature Reserve only a short walk from the property and Pensthorpe wildlife and gardens providing great family fun.
