This house will afford anyone an excellent well equipped home from home situated perfectly to explore the east Devon environment and beyond. Step back in time and enjoy a magical vista of sea, beaches, and the only natural World Heritage designated site in England. Enjoy the most breathtaking views from the South West Coastal Path or simply unwind. Seaton is a beautiful small town at the mouth of the Axe Valley. Its unique tramway runs inland, along the Axe Estuary, to the medieval market town of Colyton and is perfect for birdwatchers, transport enthusiasts or those who simply want to watch the beautiful riverside scenery glide by. Next to the tramway is the Seaton Marshes Nature Reserve. The installation of a viewing hide and wheelchair-friendly paths means this beautiful area and its wildlife - wildfowl and wading birds in winter; dragonflies and butterflies in summer - are now easily accessible all year round.
