The Roe description

Holiday home
The Roe is a wonderful holiday base for exploring North Wales. The accommodation is set solely on the ground floor and includes a king-size double bedroom with an en-suite, two twin rooms and a family bathroom. There is an open plan living space with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area and outside, a covered patio with a hot tub, furniture and a BBQ and also, off road parking for two cars. The Roe is wonderful for a family holiday or a getaway with friends, all year round.

St Asaph has a population of just over 3500 people and was awarded city status in 2012. Situated in the Vale of Clwyd and overlooking the rivers Elwy and Clwyd, this city provides opportunities for riverside walks. St Asaph is also home to an historic cathedral, which dates back 1400 years in parts and has the reputation of being the smallest, ancient cathedral in Britain. The city offers numerous activities, attractions and amenities, including gastronomic dining experiences, angling, horse riding, traditional pubs, crown green bowling, a leisure centre and craft and gift shops.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Everything was perfect from the moment we pulled up at the log cabin. The owner met us on arrival with the heating on, low lighting with candles lit. The log cabin was decorated beautifully, the fire was stocked with logs and the kitchen had great facilities. The beds were very comfy and the cabin was very spacious. It was a perfect get away and looking at re-booking for next year.

A beautiful log cabin, couldn't ask for more, and with the bonus of the hot tub - fabulous. Didn't feel like a holiday cottage, I could live in it. Would recommend for a lovely restful, comfortable holiday with the bonus of golf, horse riding and fishing if needed.
