Externally, the property benefits from having its own double garage whilst the patio area provides a tranquil spot to relax or indulge in a little al fresco dining.

Newquay’s premier surfing beach, Fistral, is within a few minutes walk whilst the Gannel Estuary is also nearby and offers fantastic walks along the breathtaking Atlantic coast and is ideal for fishing, bird watching, picnicking or simply relaxing. Just a short stroll from your doorstep is Newquay Golf Course, utilising its coastal position, its stunning backdrop will inspire you to enjoy a round or two.

By travelling inland and away from the coast you will discover a variety of attractions, many set in wonderful Cornish scenery and providing a fun filled day out for all the family. Take a trip to visit the world famous Eden Project, stroll around the Lost Gardens of Heligan, take in the historic county capital Truro or simply journey around the rich tapestry of picturesque villages dotted throughout Cornwall.
