We liked the cosiness, individual attention to detail, the warmth of the bedroom, the wood burner, the quiet and the friendly owner. We would go back in a heartbeat.

This property is perfect to get away from it all and have a relaxing break. The cottage and garden have a way of making you feel relaxed and it is so peaceful that you feel cut off from the outside world. It is only 9 miles from Bath so is ideally placed for sight seeing both in Bath and many other places of interest. I would recommend this property as an ideal place to stay for both sightseeing and relaxing.

Very pretty little cottage that was lovely and cosy with a nice wood burner to sit in front of. Small private garden. So relaxing and just what we needed to wind down.

Thyme For A Break and its garden are very pretty and private. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, the same for the bathroom. The wood burner kept us warm, but the electric heating was also sufficient.

Great cottage in a lovely little village. We stayed here as a base to visit Bath which worked really well. The owner was great, he got in touch to organise the check in and was very thorough in detailing how things worked in the cottage. It was completely private which was also very nice. He had gone to the effort to offer lots of wonderful small touches such as bread, eggs, butter, coffee. This was really thoughtful and welcome. Generally a great place and stay and I will come again.

When we arrived at TFAB cottage we were 'homeless' having just moved out of our home for 28 years in Devon and with our new build nowhere near completion. We were exhausted and found this place to be a complete haven. After the hustle and bustle of the previous few weeks the peace and quiet was simply wonderful, broken only by birdsong and the occasional clip-clop of passing 'noisy' horse. The cottage is so well equipped, we lacked nothing, and the welcome pack was such a thoughtful inclusion after a long day. We've been caught out in other places we've rented with not so much as a drop of milk for a cuppa. Jacqueline has the gift of hospitality, as seen in many little touches that make this an exceptionally homely, home from home. We required very little heating but when we did the heater in the entrance hall quickly took the chill off all the rooms. Everything was spotlessly clean. If the completion of our new home takes much longer (or our family get sick of us!) we will happily return to our cosy, quirky little nook. Highly recommend TFAB.

TFAB. cottage is nestled in Neston A quite little village there is little through traffic except for when parents are loading their children into & out off the local school it can get a little busy then but it does not last long. overalll we found the cottage charming & the owners pleasant they seem passionate about this cottage & look after it well, we had a couple of tiny issues but nothing too alarming so not worthy of a mention here the owner tells me they will be sorted, the wood burner is a plus & a must as the evenings begin to cool down somewhat we had it lit every evening being late Oct.. early Nov. Neston is well situated for visits to other local towns & villages where there are many opportunities for dining & sight seeing, there is also a local pub that offers food 'The Neston Country Inn' Driving in & out of neston could prove troublesome as the roads can be a little on the narrow side with not as many passing points as you might expect so care must be taken if venturing out in the evening.

We loved this little cottage , yes it is small but everything is here that you need and it has so much character . The wood burner came into its own on the chilly afternoons/ evenings and made it so cosy . The little garden is just lovely and in warm weather would be perfect for sitting out enjoying the solitude . The welcome pack was just what we needed , there are shops in nearby Corsham but having arrived late afternoon , it was great to have the fresh milk , bread, butter etc to last till we went shopping . The friendly owners made us very welcome and were on hand if anything was needed . Well done Jacqui ...we had a great stay in your lovely cottage !

We booked this cottage for a week long stay in July. We loved it! Tucked away - when the owner tells you that it is hard to find, she really means it! Neston is really pretty. Easy to get to Corsham. On road parking - we never had a problem. The cottage is lovely. It was quirky & quaint. We like different - and this certainly ticked all the boxes. It had everything we needed. If contemporary clean lines are your thing, this might not be a first choice. But for a secluded week in a cottage with a fabulous garden, this is well worth it. Easy drive to Bath, Chippenham & Bristol. We will happily return - hopefully soon.
