The cottage is beautiful, the perfect retreat in the Peaks. Traditional on the outside, tasteful and modern on the inside. The owner was really helpful and responsive in advance of our holiday, and we really appreciated the little touches when we arrived. Longnor is lovely and peaceful and The Pack Horse has gorgeous food. We had some lovely walks in the snow and evenings curled up by the fire. Highly recommended!

A great place for our family holiday, it had a well equipped kitchen, cosy beds and comfy sofas. There were friendly local shops and a park for the children. It was central for days out in Bakewell, Buxton and cycling on the Monsal Trail.
