Only two miles to Alnmouth with its pretty estuary, sandy beach, pubs and cafes, and conveniently located only a mile from the railway station.
The property has a large garden with a conservatory opening out into the lounge to extend the living space and a family size 54" smart TV with sound system, ideal for the younger visitors. A large kitchen/dining area is a great space for informal chatting or a special meal.
Located on the heritage coastal route you are not too far away from the popular tourist attractions with the rugged coastline offering miles of golden beaches, the outstanding Northumberland National Park and the picture postcard villages of the heritage coast all within easy reach. Nearby Alnwick houses the majestic Alnwick Castle, made famous as Hogwarts School in the Harry Potter films, and Downton Abbey. Amble and Warkworth are only a short drive where you can visit the popular Sunday market at the harbour in Amble, sample tasty fish and chips or award-winning ice cream from the popular ice cream parlour. Trencrom offers you a great base for friends or families with a lovely garden for relaxing after exploring what is reputedly the friendliest county in England. A number of high quality golf courses are nearby, including Foxton (only two miles away), Dunstanburgh and Bamburgh. Shops 500 yards, pub and restaurant 250 yards.
