It was an amazing cottage with plenty of room for a family of 5, mainly adults. An ideal location to explore Cornwall.

The Cottage was lovely, well kept, clean and very spacious. The Tennis Court, Football Pitch and the Pool all very much enjoyed. A very much enjoyed holiday, a great place and a lovely property to stay in.

What a stunning place, setting and lovely quiet park. Everything was very clean inside and out and about on the park, including the pool. The perfect relaxing quiet getaway, we cannot wait to return.

March 2015
The cottage was peaceful, roomy and very clean. The accommodation was so relaxing; we especially liked the summer room. We loved all the window aspects which were so light and great for watching the birds that came to visit every day. There was plenty of wardrobe space (which you don't always get) and even a place for wet beach balls and the like.
Mr Elliott

The bungalow was well equipped and in very good condition. It was in a quiet position in a very well run, small holiday park. Its in an ideal position for exploring south east Cornwall.

The cottage was fabulous and the location was lovely and quiet with a few things on site to keep children entertained. My son particularly loved the outdoor pool. The cottage was really clean and the owner added some nice touches. I would highly recommend and hope to go back.

We were here for a passing out parade at HMS Raleigh so needed somewhere with good facilities to get dressed up etc. We were very impressed with the cottage, it is well equipped, spacious and beautifully kept. We loved the log burner.

All in all, we as a family of seven who has never before stayed in a holiday cottage found the experience most enjoyable, 10/10!
December 2013
Lovely small area which this chalet (I would call it a house) is set in. Perfect for all ages. So looking forward to visiting again next year.
December 2013
we loved the chalet very much everything excellent would love to stay again and would recommend to any one.
April 2014
When we entered the property we were immediately impressed with the space and layout. The owner had added several thoughtful touches, a welcoming bottle of wine and toothbrushes for those who may have forgotten to pack them, as often happens. There were only the two of us , but the property would be comfortable for a family. The best recommendation I can give would be to say that we phoned Sykes Cottages the day after arriving and booked another week in June.
Mrs Smith

Loved the cottage and the holiday park. The children particularly loved the pool and play park. It was a great location for exploring Cornwall and Devon. Loved the quietness of the park too, and the wildlife.
