Trevlyn was just what we expected - very traditional, parking easy right outside. Very well equipped and the beds very comfortable, with plenty of bedding and pillows etc. Sadly we were unable to make use of the south facing little garden as had been our plan as the weather was too wet all week.

The cottage is beautiful and everything we needed for our holiday. The dining table was ideal to sit around and plan our trips. The beaches and the countryside are just stunning. There was plenty of exploring! We had no phone signal but it just made it an even better get away for us. We had no issues with parking.

Clearly a lot of thought had been put into the property, it had everything we needed and the beds were extremely comfortable.

This cottage is at a very high standard, it had everything you need and more, was very clean and lots had been spent on it. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped, would rent again and recommend the beautiful location. Would give a score of 100 plus - thank you for a fab holiday.

Having stayed at a fair number of cottages when travelling, I found that this particular cottage was something special. The design, layout and attributes of the cottage made it very, very comfortable and welcoming. It felt like a home away from home, and I would recommend it to anyone! What a treasure.

This was the first time we had hired a cottage but our family that joined us had used Sykes before. We had nothing to compare it to but thought the place was lovely and an excellent location. Our family guests said they thought it was above usual standards and also loved it. Being near to the beach and some beautiful walks suited everyone's different ideas of relaxation! Having a garden was a bonus as it gave that extra space for 5 people to have time out! The cottage was spotless which was thanks to the caretaker who obviously takes pride in her work. Thank you.

The cottage is in an excellent location for lovely and varied walks - beach, woodland, farmland, hills and moorland. It has been very thoughtfully and comfortably furnished. Highly recommended by us!
February 2012
We stayed in this cottage for a week in February this year. It was a great cottage - clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was well kitted out. The location was good too, the village of Llanbedr is very pretty and the cottage is located opposite a lovely river. The cottage is near the coast, within striking distance of Snowdon and Cader Idris and there are plenty of things to do and see around the area. All in all a very relaxing week in a lovely cottage.

We absolutely loved this cottage it's home from home. It's a lovely little village the cottage sits by a river you've got a village shop and a great pub. The inside of the cottage is quite big nice big kitchen with table for breakfast and dinner. Log fire for cold nights. And it has a back yard with garden furniture. Also your not far from barmouth which you have to visit it has a lovely sandy beach it's great. You can have a night out in the pub great food and beer just around the corner. That's why were going back next year . Love it
