We had a very warm welcome from the owner and the welcome pack we received was wonderful. A lovely idea. This is a favourite area of ours and it was a few years since we have visited - the cottage was central to all places we wished to visit. Hope to return again in future years.

Friendly and helpful owner and an unexpected welcome pack. Very cosy, comfortable and beautifully appointed and decorated cottage, one of the best we've ever stayed in and spotlessly clean. So many little extras included, the owners have thought of just about everything.

Excellent environment and surroundings. A great centre for Bath, Bristol, Cheltenham Gloucester and for visiting Historic Houses Association houses, NT properties and attractive market towns.
December 2012
A very new property. Well laid out with plenty of room and a friendly host. A comfortable bed gave many nights good sleep after long days driving around the cotswolds and the cathedral cities of Gloucester and Hereford. Even Wales was reachable. There is plenty of local history here. Cirencester and Bath are not far away. Minchinhampton is a pearl with the town center only a short walk away. You can't miss the common but please try and miss the cattle and horses, at least when driving! A wonder to behold!
January 2014
The cottage was wonderful and the owners were very helpful and pleasant. The facilities in the property were excellent home from home, the location was delightful, peaceful and quiet and in a good location for touring and visiting other nearby towns. The welcome pack was an excellent extra.

This cottage offers every thing you could wish for including your own parking area, small private garden and first class accommodation. The interior is virtually new and has been done up to a high standard. The kitchen is fully equipped, the lounge area has a dining table with 4 chairs, 2 comfortable sofas, a large Freeview TV, DVD and CD player and Wi-Fi. The bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed with plenty of wardrobe space with lots of hangers and leads into a lovely en-suite bathroom fitted with a large shower cubicle which gives a very powerful and hot shower but is easily controllable. The towels and bed linen are of a good quality and very clean. The heating in each room is by wall mounted radiators fitted with thermostatic valves so it's easy to get the right temperature to suit yourself. The owners Brendan and Kay are very friendly and helpful and leave you to your own devices once they have shown you around. To sum up, this is an excellent accommodation with everything you could need provided for. The finish and fittings are all of a high, clean standard and we don't think you would be disappointed staying here.
