This is a comfortable cottage In a quiet residential area. Well equipped -although lacking a spatula for eggs- clean and cosy. We went out and about each day. Not much to do in Wroxham itself but Wells next the sea is nice, also went on a boat trip on the broads and train ride to nearby Aylsham. The downside of this holiday for us was the fact it was too far to walk into Wroxham. Told it was near to a pub, 5 mins walk, when in fact it took nearly 20 mins. My husband can't walk that far due to walking difficulties so would have liked a pub that was nearby not a long walk away.
