A beautiful place in lovely surroundings, we had a lovely time.
Lovely owners, friendly helpful with advice around the area. In a good location near enough for excellent hiking trips and close enough to shops - 20 mins drive for pretty much anything. A very clean property and the cottage was stunning - will definitely stay there again and have already recommended to our folks.
The layout of the bungalow is particularly well suited to families or groups. It is spacious but being on one floor only means you are never far from anybody or the focus of action in the house. The kitchen and lounge are enticing to socialising, yet the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and offer privacy if wanted.
The accommodation was fantastic and had very helpful owners.
The property and the location was wonderful.
Beautiful bungalow in a good central area to explore.
We enjoyed being with family and being in the countryside. It was great weather and scenery. In an excellent location and owners left us to it. They were very welcoming though and the property is excellently maintained.
A lovely comfortable bungalow with plenty of room for a family. It was very clean and a lovely touch of a welcoming cake and tea/coffee. There was good walking from the front door and plenty of parking with a secure large garage.
A beautiful and spacious bungalow. The location is ideal in the centre of Snowdonia.
Lovely welcome pack including tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits. Warm and cosy on arrival. Towels on beds. Nice extra touches made it feel like a home away from home.
Bungalow was lovely and large, would certainly use this again and would recommend to others, the area is outstanding; very close to the beautiful mountains. We are already looking forward to our next visit.
Great holiday with a cottage exactly as described. It suited us well. Garage was a great bonus for bikes and kayak storage
Bungalow was excellent. Bedrooms were a good size and well appointed. Living Room was very comfortable and kitchen had good equipment. The location was superb, 12 miles from wonderful beaches and on the edge of Snowdonias mountains for beautiful scenery. The owner couldn't have been more helpful with tea, coffee and cake to greet us.
The size of the property was really large which made it easier. The garage also made it great for storing mountain bikes. It was also really well located for the activities we wanted to take part in. It was also really nice that the owners had left tea/coffee and cake for when we arrived which was a really lovely touch. The TV was also a really good size which is unusual in a holiday cottage and made a nice change.
We stayed here for a week as an extended family. This property was self catering and met all our requirements and expectations. We were a group aged from 2 to 58. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The property is clean and well kept with all the facilities one would require. I would recommend it to anyone.
The property was great, good location exactly what we wanted, a good size, clean and perfect for our holiday, great for the dogs with a nice size enclosed garden.
Loved it all, thanks for a great stay. It was great value for money.
Well equipped, comfortable bungalow.
Y Gilfach was a fantastic place to stay. Well equipped and spotless. Good central location. Would have no problems recommending to others or visiting again.
